Abstract

The aim of this study was to shed light on the e-administration role in developing
administrative performance through the administrators’ performance at the level of the
university. It also aims to familiarize the reader with the positive aspects of e-administration.
The study resorted descriptive analytic methodology by adopting primary and secondary sourcesConcerning the practical side, a questionnaire was used that included three axes that focused on the hypotheses of the study. The respondents of the questionnaire were all from Tahri Mohamed university.As for the analysis of the results the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) was used to test both the hypothesis and the correlation coefficient. The findings reveal that there exists a statistical significance of the e-administrative role in the development of administrative performance
