Abstract

The complexity of the environment and the continual changes that characterize the new global economy make the transition to learning and ethical organizations mandatory and necessary in order to be able to last and achieve the competitive advantage with an ethical dimension through learning commitment to business ethics that
aims to fight administrative corruption and acquire positive behaviors to apply social responsibility and achieve sustainable development.
The objective of this article is to highlight the contribution of new managerial methods to the realization of the intellectual and practical transition to intelligent organizations that continually learn management by values and ethics
