Abstract

This study aims to identify one of the latest methods and policies to fight unemployment in the Arab world, an accompaniment style entrepreneurial, which means small and mini just ideas and opinions projects accompanied to the fact embodied in fact, The importance of the study of the need to activate the accompanying role of entrepreneurial as well as highlighting projects mini, which has become play an important role in the developed and developing world economies, in terms of being an important tool for economic development, the latter helped by the wide spread in most economic areas of the reduction of the unemployment rate, increasing the gross domestic product, and achieving balanced regional development, especially in light of the political and economic changes experienced by the Arab world.
