keeping pace with global developments is inevitable, so the Ministry of the commandment in Algeria to ensure the adoption of integrated education, investment in human resources, through the provision of all the requirements of technology, and Internet access, and teachers want to be proficient in the use of the latest technological techniques sound ways, and this in order to benefit from all the advantages offered by this type of education to avoid the shortcomings of the traditional and electronic education together.
