Abstract

The study aims to give an overview of the most prominent methods and financing options by which small and medium enterprises operating in Algeria access to financial resources to finance the exploitation cycles and investment, where the banking system and several government programs gives options for financing new projects, can also be the statement to rely on self-financing (project financing funds from the self to the company ), also highlights the interjection weaknesses and strengths of all these financing methods in Algeria as well as their relationship to each other and the possibility of using different methods at the same time by the contractor.
