Abstract

The development of banking business and its interdependence in economic life led to the recovery and
facilitation of many things, transactions, financial, purchasing and commercial since the issuance of the
credit cards which is one of the most important activities of banks and financial institutions. Our discussed
topic which is about the credit card has played a major role in the development of banking business and its
interdependence in economic life, as well as the fact that dealing with the credit card is one of the common
themes between Law and economics. Towards the most important economic effects, both positive and
