Abstract

Operating Policy Algeria has been an important place in economic policy, since independence, as demand for labor is increasing at a faster pace than supply growth, which explains the imbalance in the labor market, which is one of the main problems impeding local development. In view of its negative economic and social impact, Algeria sought to increase employment through the development of development programs such as the 1994 structural adjustment program, the economic recovery program (2001-2004), the supplementary program to support growth (2005) -2009) and the program Firm Growth (2010-2014).
