Abstract

Providing a favorable and encouraging investment environment for the development of small and medium
enterprises helps to create industrial clusters in the form of an industrial cluster linked to a geographical area
in the form of a chain, in order to support them and increase their competitiveness at the level of the sector.
The importance of these clusters was embodied in reducing costs, reducing competition in the supply of
raw materials, as well as organizing the marketing process and exchanging information and expertise that
must be provided to increase the competitiveness of institutions, to provide goods and services on the one
hand, and to improve export opportunities on the other hand.
