Abstract

This study aims to analyze multidimensional poverty in Algeria as it is a supplement to poverty in
monetary terms, because it is important to face the severe deprivations that prevent achieving sustainable
development, by relying on the inductive approach to analyze the three dimensions of poverty represented in
health and education and the level of living.
we concluded that Algeria is not a poor country compared to the average global indicators and in
order to eradicate poverty, attention must be paid to school dropout at the secondary level in addition to
increasing government spending on both sectors of education and health, improving infrastructure and
providing all amenities for population by eliminating corruption in the first place, especially in developing
the infrastructure
