The importance of the axes of TQM in higher education A prospective study from student’s point of view at the University of Khenchela

Abstract

This study aims to demonstrate the importance of the application of the TQM in higher education institutions. The importance of this study is that it contains an analytical study of the TQM axes at the University of Abbas Lagrour Khanchela from the student’s point of view, in which it can be expanded and deepenedThe administration of universities and researchers in this field can benefit from it. From the questionnaire, we have also figured out that there is an enormous acceptance and satisfaction by the students on the existence of many quality features in the university under investigation.
In this study, we recommend the necessity of benefiting from the concept of TQM and how to apply it for further progress in all domains of university education, through the working on achieving the student’s needs and desires , and to provide various qualified financial and human resources that increase the student’s level and allow to obtain qualified human frameworks. In addition to the work on enhancing the competitiveness ability of universities to face the external challenges and keep pace with the rapid developments of this time.
