Abstract

This study aimed to try to uncover the role of strategic vigilance for corporate social responsibility in
facing the risks of epidemics, by applying the study to Seegene Korean. The study found that companies
operate today in a very complex business environment in which they need strategic vigilance at the
economic and social level imposed by exceptional circumstances such as the risks of epidemics,
This requires speed in social response and meeting the exceptional aspirations of society before, during and
after the occurrence of risks.
Finally, the study recommended that companies should adopt a flexible strategy that integrates
expected and unexpected economic and social elements such as epidemic risks, which require companies to
respond quickly to mitigate damage and even seize opportunities that appear suddenly.
