Organizational Justice and its Impact on Functional Alienation: An Applied Study at the Iraqi Port of Umm Qasr

Abstract
The The study aimed to determine the nature of the impact between the dimensions of
organizational justice and functional expatriation in a sample of workers in the Iraqi port of Umm
Qasr. The questionnaire was used as a main tool for collecting data. 196 questionnaires were
distributed, 144 of which were excluded, Questionnaires were not valid for analysis, so 135 (93%) of
the total distributed questionnaires were used in the analysis process. To achieve the objectives of the
study, four main hypotheses were tested.
The results of the test indicated that: The dimensions of organizational justice affect the functional
alienation of both types. The study presented a number of recommendations, the most important of
which are: The necessity of taking into account the decision makers at various organizational levels in
the Iraqi port of Umm Qasr to the importance of providing an organizational climate with regulatory
justice and attention to the establishment of the four dimensions embodied in this justice. Which leads
to the emergence of such cases.
