Organizational Culture and its impact on Social Responsibility The Case Study of the Leather Industry Corporation at Milia, Jijel

Abstract

This study aims to identify the organizational culture and its impact on social responsibility in the Leather Industry Corporation in Milia- Jijel, where a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of workers estimated at 31 of the 70 workers, and by processing data using the statistical SPSS  method, the following results were obtained:


There was an effect between the combined types of organizational culture on the social responsibility of the Corporation under study, and the dimension of the creative culture had an effect on social responsibility as well , while the dimensions of bureaucratic culture and supportive culture had no effect on social  responsibility and a range of interpretations and suggestions were made in the light of the results obtained
