The Impact of Knowledge Management on the Creative Abilities of Employees: A Field Study at the African Company of Glass – Jijel [In Arabic]

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the impact of knowledge management on the creative abilities of employees of the African Company of Glass - Jijel, where the study included dimensions of the Knowledge Management, which are: Knowledge diagnosis, knowledge generation, knowledge storage, knowledge sharing, knowledge application, in addition dimensions associated with the creative abilities of employees, by relying on the descriptive analytical method as a methodology of the study, And the questionnaire as an essential tool in collecting study data from a sample of 65 workers. They were chosen at random, the study concluded that the level of knowledge management processes in the African Company Glass - Jijel was weak in all its dimensions, and there is a positive impact of knowledge management processes on the creative abilities of employees in the Company. In light of the findings, the study recommended the need to pay attention to improving knowledge management processes and enhancing the creative capabilities of employees and working to develop them at the African Company of Glass - Jijel.
