Assessment of the quality of administrative services provided to students: a case study of a sample of students from the University Center Abdel Hafeed Boulasouf Mila [In Arabic]

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the quality of administrative services provided to students at the University Center Mila based on the performance model (Servperf) with its five dimensions. This topic has several concepts related to the quality of administrative services, and in order to answer the questions of the study, we prepared a questionnaire distributed to 100 students in the university center Mila, and after retrieval and analysis of data using the spss program, we concluded that the quality of administrative services provided to students is average, and in the end we To present a set of recommendations to all employees of the university center management  Mila.
